It’s a little overwhelming knowing I have a lot to do this week and it’s Sunday. I wish I had more time just to relax. I feel like I’m almost always on the go with something to do. And then I get that feeling like I have so much to do and I don’t know where to even start. It gives me some anxiety. I’m sure some of you can relate.

But I have a list to tackle so that will be my place to start.

And then I’m going to my first hot yoga class tonight so hopefully that will help me to de-stress before this long week.

Fast forward 2 years and with some heavy lifting I have started to build an ass and some curves. Hell yeah!

I love the fact that I can go into work for 1 hour increments if I so choose.

I got a raise today so that was cool. Especially because I wasn’t expecting it.

And I got offered a position to help with a research project one of the guys is working on in the lab. But that won’t be until December.

So I guess that makes for a pretty good day so far. Now to study and then I’ll make a trip to the store.

I finally have a week where I only have one day I have to work at the sushi restaurant! I mean I like it there, but I was working a hell of a lot more than I had bargained for these past couple of weeks.

But now I am done for class with the day and I was going to go back into the lab but I think instead that I will enjoy my afternoon and evening. I have plenty of homework and studying to do.

Aaaand going to get some take-out tom yum from the thai place for dinner! My favorite!!

Had a weekend filled with grandmas cookies, carrot cake and coconut cream pie but still managed to wake up just as lean as Friday morning!

So I’ve been wanting to get more into yoga and I found a studio that only charges $5 per class and they have classes at times that will actually fit into my schedule. Plus it’s a hot yoga studio. Definitely going to check it out next weekend, or maybe even during the week.

Peaches and a home workout on this lovely Sunday. Now time to relax on the porch.

I am just a simple midwest-living girl going to school for Dietetics with a minor in Kinesiology. I am 22 years old. I am currently following an online training and nutrition plan for the first time ever.
